After re-reading the instructions; I’m in a much better spot with the touch plate.
Michael Schillizzi (verified owner) –
This touch plate is a must have for complete accuracy. I got it and thought it might be too cumbersome to get out and wire it up every time do I thought I’d try the paper method.
Boy, was I wrong. This touch plate saves time for getting the right depth and is better than jogging up and down to see where you are.

Does not work at all. I’ve damaged 3 bits trying to use it. Machine does not know where it is….ever.
Ralph Tate (verified owner) –
This is the first time I have ever used a touch plate. It is so much easier than zeroing all the axis by sight. The touch plate is well made, sturdy, and works very well with the gsender program.
Brian (verified owner) –
Works great.
Bill A. (verified owner) –
Really great touch plate. So far, best I’ve used.

I use Mach3 and cannot generate or find a suitable code that works so it sits on the shelf.
